Another Book List // 2019
Inspired by dear friends and heroes (some IRL, some who are my friends on the internet) I made a goal to properly track and share my reading list of 2019. So…. here we are!
75% of these were library books, — and others mostly audio books and ol’ fashioned books purchased at Collage Collage or Book Warehouse Main Street.
Before you scroll through this — some things to know. My taste and attention span currently lean towards a lot of essays, memoir, a handful of graphic novels, photo collections and poetry. I’ve omitted some “worky” books, too.
Titles I LOOOOOOOVE are in bold. These books were a joy to read or changed the way I understand my life and the world we share. Titles that I listened to, in audio format, have an *. Enjoy!
Shout out to the Royal Vancouver Book Club, Michelle Cyca & Megan Lau who inspired me to share a list in this format, and dear pals who are patient with me sending them grainy photos of book titles every few days telling them to read something. And shout out to Pat, who opens up our bedroom to all of these…. authors.
